- 5-times a week Prctice: Access daily guided yoga practices specially tailored for Ramadan. Each session is designed to be completed in 60-Minutes and focuses on gentle movements, restorative poses, and mindful breathing.
- Expert Guidance: Led by experienced and compassionate Lifestyle Yoga instructors, including Sumit Manav, Shree or Priyanshi, who understand the unique needs of practitioners during Ramadan.
- Supportive Community: Connect with fellow participants online or in-person at our Dubai studio, fostering a sense of shared experience and motivation.
- Nourishing Recipes: Receive healthy Suhoor and Iftar recipes to complement your practice and support your well-being.
