It is a practice of connecting body, mind, and spirit, which helps bring about physical, mental and spiritual balance. Yoga offers myriad benefits to its practitioners in terms of overall health, happiness, and peace of mind.

The yoga lifestyle is all about embracing a holistic approach to life that includes physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), mindfulness meditation (dhyana) and lifestyle practices such as diet, rest and relaxation. Practicing the yogic lifestyle is a way to nurture your overall wellbeing by bringing together the different aspects of your life into harmony.

The yogic lifestyle focuses on living in harmony with nature by respecting our environment while cultivating deeper awareness within ourselves through mindful practices like meditation or shatkarma (six cleansing techniques).
